It's a one man operation here at Dobby Club... I try my best and that's all anyone can ever ask of me (so please don't expect next Amazon style delivery! <3)

Print on Demand

As below, a few items (namely apparel) are printed to order. This means that if ordered with other merchandise, it will likely arrive separately. Don't be alarmed, Mark!

Regular (Non-Holiday) Shipping Times

Garments

All apparel is produced via an on demand printing service, meaning that they will take little longer to print and prepare than you may expect. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive to mainland UK and Europe. For countries outside of Europe, please allow 15. If more than 10/15 days have passed please email us at info@dobbyclub.co.uk to review the status of your order.

Phone cases

All phone cases are made to order and dispatched separately. Please allow 10 working day for arrival

Posters, pin badges, cards and other miscellaneous merch

Usually dispatched within 2-3 working days using Royal Mail 2nd Class, please allow 5 working days for the UK and 10 elsewhere.

Orders Outside of the UK

NOTE: Due to the UK no longer being a part of the EU Customs Union, orders made outside of the UK may incur an import duty on arrival. Please check your local guidelines for more information before ordering.

Pre-Order

Items marked as pre-order will be sent as soon they are in stock, note that if you order a different, non pre-order item at the same, your full order will ship all together.

Lost/Late Deliveries

Please contact us within 30 days of the above timeframes if you have concerns regarding a lost order: Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost deliveries after this period has expired.
